Parking

There is room to park THREE Cars in the driveway of 99 Newmarket Road.  Please do not park in front of the house or to the side of the house as this is private.  Alternative parking is on Christchurch Road just passed Church Avenue on your right is some 2hr parking spaces or Lime Tree Road or Notcutts.

Directions

Coming from the city , continue along Newmarket Road and just before your get to the St Daniels Road roundabout indicate right and we are the middle house between Christchurch road and the roundabout.  Then looking at the house walk to the right of the house .  Walk passed the garage and the pool is directly in front or you (white door)

Payment

We no longer accept cheque as payment .  Please transfer money directly into the bank details given to you on booking .  To book a one off slot , we now need 24hrs notice , payment by bank transfer and  registration forms completed.   There will be no refund for cancellations .     

Please do not use the access at the rear of the property as this is private property and not owned by us .
